Switch from VMs to Singularity containers on NEMO

To achieve more homogeneity in the provision of opportunistic resources, since NEMO supports now also Singularity the VMs can be substituted by containers, in a similar fashion as achieved for the other HPC centers (ForHLR2, HOREKA).
