Fixing unreferenced Attribute in plot_taylor_coefficients and adding further improvements

Causing by the case where no tc_checkpoint_setup was called before plotting the Taylor coefficients. Also adding sorted option to plot_taylor_coefficients and saving the Taylor coefficients as a .csv file inside plot_taylor_coefficients for better readability and later (selected) plotting.
