Add NSLCD socket mount for SG machines

Matthias Schnepf requested to merge fix_username_ubuntu22 into master

The username resolution (e.g. id) inside a container on Ubuntu 22 needs also access to NSLCD. Therefore, the nslcd socket has to be bind-mounted into the container. It was tested with the centos 7 docker image mschnepf/slc7-condocker:20230123 on the SG01.
