Fix CVMFS check

fix_healthscript into master

Since /cvmfs/etp.kit.edu/.cvmfsdirtab does not exists anymore and on all all ETP resources autofs mounts /cvmfs we can switch to cvmfs_config probe to check CVMFS on the WNs.
