Add support for container universe and update default image

For NEMO2 the container universe is needed. Therefore, some adjustments for adjusting jobs during the submission need to be made:

• remove old Job routes
• add job transform for vanilla job to transform into container job and set a default image
• jobs that are transformed need the JobWasRouted=True until all Schedd have the new job transformer

New default image is docker://cverstege/alma9-gridjob and can be switched to the apptainer image until every resource provide apptainer
