Update 0120.gpu_machines.cfg, adding --gpus flag

James Kahn requested to merge feature_jk_docker_gpu_config into master

Could you take a look at this, I'm not sure if it will conflict with the --gpus flag set in deepthought. Though I suspect the line with DOCKER_EXTRA_ARGUMENT from that should be moved to this file.
