Define electron_with_fsrc by adjusting existing electron FSP

When comparing the cuts defined for the FSP electron_with_fsrc with the cuts from the electron FSP defined in AnalysisTools, I saw that they are actually the same. The same goes for all the other properties except the final state radiation correction. That is why this PR reduced duplication by just copying the other electron and adjusting the FSR-property.

One point against this PR would be to keep both repositories separate. Maybe in the future we will want to adjust the electron in the AnalysisTools repository without affecting the RDStar analysis or viceversa. So view this PR as a suggestion.
